Find your profile, business, monthly plan, and connected publishing accounts.3 min read- 01
Open Account from the sidebar
Review your profile and sign-in identity. Complete email verification if prompted before accessing saved business details.

Find your business
The business area links to My brand for the website and profile behind your content. For post changes, edit the post itself rather than changing account details.

Manage your subscription
Use My plan for allowances and plan changes. Manage billing opens Stripe for invoices and payment details.

Check connected accounts
Use Connections to manage the social destinations that can publish approved posts. Account settings do not automatically enable publishing.
Helpful tips
- Use the same sign-in account that owns your saved content and subscription.
- For a forgotten password, use the password-reset option on the sign-in screen.
If something doesn’t look right
My content or plan is missing after signing in.
Check the displayed email and sign-in method. You may have opened a different account. Do not buy another subscription to recover the original account.
I need help with account access.
Contact support with the account email and the issue. Never send your password or verification codes.
