Troubleshooting

Troubleshoot generation, edits, and publishing

What to check when progress pauses, an edit fails, or a post needs attention.6 min read
  1. 01

    Identify the stage

Is the issue reading your website, generating your first preview, confirming payment, creating the rest of the month, editing a post, or publishing? Note the message and the affected post or business.

  2. 02

    Check your prerequisites

Verify your email, active plan, completed setup questions, and connected publishing destinations. Missing setup is different from a failed generation task.

  3. 03

    Use the recovery action

Use the visible Try again, retry, or missing-image recovery action. Saved work should remain available. Avoid starting a second account or paying again to recover a saved collection.

  4. 04

    Check publishing separately

An approved post waiting for connection has not failed; it needs setup. Failed means the publishing attempt needs attention. Check account validity and permissions, then contact support if there is no retry control.

  5. 05

    Send useful context

Include the website URL, post title, what you clicked, the error text, and a screenshot. Include a receipt reference for billing issues. Never include passwords, access tokens, or card details.

Helpful tips

  • Refreshing does not approve posts or enable publishing.
  • Keep the original when an AI proposal fails.
  • A sample tour demonstrates the flow; it is not a live generation or publishing test.

If something doesn’t look right

Progress has stayed at four posts.

Confirm payment is active and business setup is complete. The free preview contains four; the remaining allowance is created after paid setup. If creation is active without progress, use the visible retry action or contact support.

A post is labeled Needs attention.

Open the post and read its current state. Generation problems and social delivery failures need different recovery steps; include the exact message when contacting support.
