Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the ViralWave Studio application (the "Service") operated by us.
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.
Our Service allows you to connect your social media accounts (Facebook, Threads, YouTube, TikTok, and others) to enable automated content posting. By connecting an account, you:
You may disconnect your social media accounts at any time through your account settings. Upon disconnection, we will revoke access tokens and remove stored credentials, though some data may be retained as required by law or for fraud prevention.
The Service provides access to artificial intelligence models to generate content. You are responsible for the prompts you provide and the content you generate. You agree not to use the Service to create any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
Generated content is for your use, but we do not claim ownership of it. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the generated content complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including copyright laws and platform-specific terms of service (e.g., Facebook, Threads, YouTube, TikTok).
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle").
Payments are handled by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. By submitting your payment information, you grant us the right to provide the information to Stripe to facilitate the completion of your purchase.
Eligible new customers may receive one 7-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to begin a trial. No subscription fee is charged during the trial period. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the trial automatically converts to the selected monthly Subscription and Stripe charges the payment method on file. Promotional discounts and applicable taxes may change the final amount charged.
You may cancel through the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation during a trial prevents the first Subscription charge; cancellation after a paid Billing Cycle begins takes effect according to the date shown in the billing portal.
All subscription plans are subject to token limits. Tokens are consumed when using AI features. Unused tokens for a given billing cycle do not roll over to the next cycle.
Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
In no event shall ViralWave Studio, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
