Upload your photos and use generated media

Choose between actual business photos and reference images for consistent generated subjects.5 min read
  1. 01

    Add photos inside My brand

Open the photos area in My brand. Choose how each upload should be used before adding files.

  2. 02

    Use in my posts

Choose this option for real products, premises, people, or work you want shown as uploaded. Upcoming content can use the actual photo with a caption tailored to what is pictured.

  3. 03

    Use as an AI reference

Choose this option to guide a person, mascot, or product in newly generated images. Describe what should stay consistent and use clear views of the same subject. References guide likeness; they do not guarantee identical output.

  4. 04

    Upload supported files

Use JPG, PNG, or WebP under 8 MB per image. For a reference subject, provide up to three useful angles. Only upload photos you have permission to use.

  5. 05

Find AI outputs in Generated media

Generated media stores artwork created by the engine. Keep this separate from your source photos and references. Open the media area from My brand to browse the outputs available to your account.

Helpful tips

  • Use clear, well-lit photos without heavy filters.
  • Uploading new photos guides upcoming creation; it does not replace every previously generated image.
  • A photo of a product should match the product described in your business profile.

If something doesn’t look right

An upload was rejected.

Check the file type and size. Reference uploads also need a description of the subject. If several files were selected, check which ones saved before retrying.

A reference does not look exactly the same in a generated image.

Improve the reference angles and subject description, then review a new proposal. Use the actual photo option when exact appearance is essential.
