Connect your social accounts and enable publishing
Choose supported destinations and finish the setup that lets approved posts go live.5 min read- 01
Open Connections
A red alert next to Connections means no supported publishing account is connected. Its tooltip explains that connection is needed to enable publishing.
- 02
Choose a supported channel
Publishing supports Facebook, LinkedIn, Threads, and Pinterest. Select the account you want to connect and complete its provider sign-in and permission flow.
- 03
Choose the destination
Where the provider offers pages or destination choices, select the business destination you intend to publish to. Check the displayed connected account before continuing.
- 04
Enable publishing
Finish the publishing setup, choose the connected destinations, and check the timezone. Connection alone does not turn publishing on automatically.
- 05
Check the calendar
Approved, completed posts should join the publishing queue. Confirm Scheduled status and the date/time. Future approvals can join that queue while publishing remains enabled.
Helpful tips
- Connect the business account you manage, rather than an unrelated personal account.
- Do not share social account passwords with support; use the provider connection screen.
- You can review posts before connecting anything.
If something doesn’t look right
A connection expired or was revoked.
Reconnect through Connections, complete the provider permissions, and check publishing setup again. Existing published posts remain published; waiting posts need a valid destination.
I connected an account but the calendar still asks me to enable publishing.
Open publishing setup and select the account as a destination. Connection and publishing permission are intentionally separate steps.
