Choose your reporting period
Open Analytics under Results & growth. Use the period controls to focus on the dates you want to inspect.

Understand what is being counted
Results reflect publishing activity and delivery history. A post sent to multiple channels can count once on each channel. Do not read a delivery count as reach, likes, or customer sales.

Check the latest attempts
Your publishing history shows Published and Needs attention states. Read the displayed failure explanation. Use Retry when it is available; some uncertain deliveries do not offer a retry to avoid accidental duplicates.
Helpful tips
- Empty results are expected before any content has successfully published.
- Use Calendar to review upcoming content; Results is for delivery history.
If something doesn’t look right
I have approved posts but no results.
Approval is not delivery. Enable publishing and wait for a scheduled post to be sent successfully.
There is no Retry button on a failed attempt.
The delivery may be uncertain. Contact support before trying to publish the same content again.
