Edit captions and hashtags with AI

Open your post
In Calendar, click its post chip to open the preview popup. Choose Edit caption with AI. You can also edit from the post review experience.

Describe one clear change
Try “Make this shorter and warmer. Keep the opening sentence and end with a question.” Specify what should stay, what should change, and any facts the assistant must preserve.

Make the change
Submit your instruction. Compare the current caption with the proposed version. The proposal is not saved over your original automatically.

Refine or apply
Choose Refine again for another revision, or Use this version to save it. Confirm the updated caption in the post. Cancel closes the assistant without applying the proposal.
Helpful tips
- Examples: “Remove the hashtags”; “Write for first-time customers”; “Keep the price exactly as written.”
- Caption and hashtag edits do not use your post replacement allowance.
- Check business names, prices, dates, and claims before applying the rewrite.
If something doesn’t look right
The edit failed or is taking too long.
Keep your original post. Check the displayed error, retry the instruction when available, and avoid repeated submissions while an edit is running. If it keeps failing, send support the post title and error text.
My change has not appeared in the calendar.
Apply the proposal with Use this version first. Refresh the calendar if necessary; proposals do not change saved content until applied.
