Change an image or replace a skipped post

Preview an AI image change or request a fresh idea using your monthly replacement allowance.5 min read
  1. 01

Choose image editing for a visual change

Open a post and choose Edit image with AI. Describe the change you want, such as “Use a product close-up instead of a person. Keep the headline readable.”

  2. 02

    Preview the result

Choose Preview change. Check the proposed image, including any text, product detail, or brand appearance. Your current image stays saved while you review.

  3. 03

    Use the image you want

Choose Use this image to apply the proposal. Cancel if it does not suit your business. Check the remaining allowance or cost notice shown in the editor before confirming generation.

  4. 04

Replace an idea when editing is not enough

For a skipped post, choose Replace this post. Explain the new direction in What should we change? and select Create replacement. This prepares a new caption and image for review.

  5. 05

    Review the replacement

Your replacement allowance is 3 for Starter, 5 for Pro, and 10 for Powerhouse each content month. A successful post replacement uses one allowance; a failed replacement is not counted. Approve the new option only after checking it.

Helpful tips

  • Give concrete art direction: subject, setting, lighting, composition, and what to avoid.
  • Generated images are creative interpretations. Check text, likeness, and product accuracy.
  • You can keep editing captions even when your replacement allowance is exhausted.

If something doesn’t look right

Replace this post is unavailable.

The post must be skipped and your monthly replacement allowance must have room. A pending replacement or a failed task needing support can also disable the control.

The image changed but I need the original.

Before applying a proposal, cancel to keep the original. After saving, do not assume there is an automatic rollback; contact support if you need help recovering an earlier version.
